So It fell out, car sounds like ****, I put it back in but only got about 1 full twist on it. It stayed on for 3 days then fell out again, so the question is would lock tight be ok ? or any advice on how to reach it ?

Try using the correct tools...

 

the autoparts store doesnt have that tool, looks like it would get the job done. I got an o2 sensor wrench but its all one peice. thanks for the advice
