Default berk test pipes setting off the SES light

argh so im tuned for the test pipes to not throw the ses off and i put the o2 sensor spacers on yesterday and its still goin off.... could i have a bad o2 sensor? or what else could be problem?

My berk tp's have the built in cel bungs, so id figure yours also do. Maybe you damaged one during the swap? Try resetting the computer. Ive never had an issue with mine.

i just installed my berk test pipes the other day.. no issues here.. it depends on what year ur z is.

Instead of guessing about how you have the test pipes set up how about some photos?

guarantied when you removed the o2's you spun the wires and probably broke loose something internally. get a new o2.

hmm cars an 08 i was thinking i coulda damaged them too... where could i pick up a new set of sensors? my performance shop is gonna check out the set up anyway and clear it on the laptop hook up to the ecu and see wat happens and wat it says? idk lol ill get bak to you guys when i hear wat happens

You can get em at any auto parts store...autozone, pep boys, orielly..etc.

^ yea check those places. anywhere but the stealership where they charge you 170+ i believe for either sensor.

if you get it hooked up to the laptop it should show u a code. that will tell you which sensor is throwing the cel
