question regarding high flow cats
Just have a few questions...
Which high flow cats are proven to make the most gains? I am considering buying the Crawford cats... unless there are better ones out there... also:
Will the high flow cats make it unbearably loud? I think the stock exhaust note is just right, and I don't want the car to be significantly louder than that at cruising speeds or during regular acceleration. Also, would the car pass emissions with high flow cats in NYC? I'd assume the advice of Z owners would be accurate, as the G and Z sound virtually identical on the road.

there are a ton of threads...but i hate when ppl tell me to do a search
so....crawfords i think are the only ones guaranteed to pass emissions
random tech might also
they will make your car sound much nicer....wont get unbareable..especiallly cause u have stock exhaust

The RT High Flow Cats Pass emissions on the sniffer as well.
They will not make your car much louder but it will definatly bring out the sound of your stock exhaust. The RT Cats have made up to 7RWHP when installed on a stock 350z. Up to 14RWHP have been seen on modified Z's with the install of the RT High Flow Cats
Below is a video and DYNO graph after having the RT's installed on my Z with only a nismo exhaust.
