Not running a strut bar?

I do have a strut bar just was taking it off to remove the engine cover and saw that the strut bar had lil spacers under the bolts which gave me the idea that there was a plenum spacer

Get the ART test pipes. They sound much better than regular test pipes and make more power and TQ.
