ebay?

there are a handful of companies that have copied that design, so those can be from god knows where.

Luckily for you, the bolt pattern has to be the same as oem, plus the ID of the exhaust port on your heads hasnt changed...so oem sized gaskets would work.

Sell them because they are more trouble than they are worth.

If they are an ebay item i guarantee you there is fitment issues. The headers will rub against the steering rack. Also the cost + time to gain ratio for headers sucks on the Z. You're better off getting a set of test pipes because they give better gains then the headers.

Yes. OEM gaskets will work. Bolt locations are the same. Recommendation: Buy new gaskets.

These are indeed ebay, and you can tell by the head flange as it is steel. If you don't have power tools and a welder don't bother attempting the install. The bolt pattern will be off, and they will not bolt up to the engine. The 3 bolt flange is also off, and does not sit in the same spot as the OEM.

HOWEVER, some expensive high end headers are not perfect either. Even though they will bolt up, and not have clearance issues the 3-bolt flanges can still be off from OEM.

I am speaking from experience, and this is why I use a large (2.5x6") flex pipe on my crossover pipe for the ST kit. It is to leave as much flexibility in order to compensate for headers not being perfect.

These are Megan headers in a jig made to fit the OEM header perfectly:
