JDM Apexi Hybrid Megaphone Muffler for 350z?

Is there such thing? I was offered one but I wanna make sure it's not fake. I saw one picture and it looks like the stock muffler.

I have it on my car....near stock sound levels (mildly louder), mild steel piping with stainless muffler. It's a cat back system (no Y pipe), and requires you to slightly trim (or remove) the metal bracket on the passenger side rear of the car, under the rear bumper.

what types of gains are we lookin at with this? also if you had any pics, that would be great!!

I have not taken any pics of it by itself, sorry..it looks basically like the std unit, but has a polished muffler.

As for dyno numbers, I only did the exhaust after the intake and pulley...on my car, those 3 items were good for around 24 hp.
