Default Which Catalytic Converters Cause a CEL?

I have a 2008 350Z. I want to change out the catalytic converter. I have searched the forums and have found everything but my answer. I prefer to get test pipes for the best performance however I can go with HFC. My question is not which to go with as I can research that easy but finding which do not set of the CEL is hard. I can not stare at the CEL all the time so whichever I go with must not set it off. Any help is appreciated.

My understanding is, get Motordyne ART Test Pipes, then get UpRev tune to have the tuner disable the lower o2 sensors so you won't get the CEL/SES light.

most tp will set off the cel. But you can put in steel wool or something to try and trick it

Oh yea, forgot to add, regarding the UpRev tune, even if the tuner disables your sensors so you don't get a CEL/SES light, if your state/county's inspection uses sniffers or other methods like verifying if your sensors' functionality (o2 being not ready), you still could fail inspection even though you have no CEL/SES.

Thanks. No inspection or smog check here were I'm at in GA. I just don't want a cel light for two reasons. One I hate seeing lights on. And two I wont know if something more serious happens if it always on. I guess I will stick with HTC. Do any set off a cel? Stillen injen Berk are a few I'm looking at.

I did some research and the VQ35HR are more prone to throwing CEL anyways even though it's ART. But if you get exhausts + ART pipes, you'd likely get a tune anyways so you can have ur tuner disable the sensors / codes.
