Default Mishimoto Air Intake Hose Kit

Does anyone have the 370z Air Intake Hose Kit installed on their HR?
According to the Mishimoto website it is supposed to be interchangeable, but I haven't been able to find any pics or information about them being installed on a 350z.

It appears that the fit would be the same for any HR engine.I question what
would actually be the gain (if any)using these vs,OEM plastic,CF,or S steel?
I mean something that you could actually feel.
The cost...maybe without the "M" they would go for maybe 100 bucks for the pair.

Yea, looks like it. And I was wondering the same thing. I feel like they are more for show if anything, but they do look good.
I found a set of them on Ebay for $108 so not bad.

I also found this kit from Z-1.
If anything it will help with the dress-up of our engine bays.

These posts on air intake tubes bring up an interesting point.
Many parts come out of the same source/factory and sold
under different names.Just slap another label on it.
Many examples of these exist.Do you think anything sold as Nismo
is made by Nismo?

I have the mishimoto 370z maf intake hose installed on my HR. Im happy with them but i wouldnt say it is exacly a direct fit. I had also seen other posts where people have issues with installation. From my experience the only way to get these to fit properly was to turn them upside down. This means the money you spent on the "M" is pretty much useless. I also spoke with mishimoto in regards to this issue , but it doesnt seem as if this is on there priority list to fix. So HR owners take note of this if you are stuck on purchasing the mishimoto maf hose for 370z
