Tony's advice was bob-on, but i wouldn't recommend PB blaster to people with actual problematic nuts/bolts anymore.

I will add, that a 6 sided socket is a must, but i will also add that if you've already tried a bunch of things, then you need to use Kroil, it's far more effective than anything off the shelf round here.

If i'd seen this at the time, you could have borrowed the can and hopefully gotten it all removed.

Glad you have it sorted though.
I appreciate the reply nonetheless. If I ever run into anything with my car I'll get in contact with you as I do not have any Z friends locally.

Yeah about a day after. I decided to swap the o2 sensor on the cat from right to left and reset the code again. I drove a good 500 miles so far over the weeekend and it has yet to come back on.

Thanks for the help again everyone. Much appreciated.

for some reason the sensors are possibly different from right to left part number wise.

code P2A03 was the code thrown, which can be mutiple reasons. hopefully mine does not come back.

I have 750 miles on my test pipes with no CEL yet. I plan on getting it tuned, but i can assure you if that bastard pops on before I do I will be calling someone for an email tune to disable the code as soon as possible. Assuming its from removing the cats of course
