Default HKS Hitting EVAP Sensor

So at first, I thought my exhaust was hitting my heat shield, turns out that it was actually hitting this black thing. Not exactly sure what it is, or what it's there for, but what should I do in regards to make it not hit this thing? It makes a rattling noise, and my god, it is awful.. Thanks in advance for the help.

That looks like your EVAP canister shield. Is it secured properly or loose?

Everything is secured properly, my exhaust wiggles a little bit though and that's when it hits. But exhausts are going to flex.

Turns out that the shield is loose, in fact I don't even think it's over the evap canister. Here's a pic (I tried to get it all in the shot)

Just push it up and secure it with zip ties. It only protects the EVAP from road grime and exhaust heat.
