Default 2 quick questions..

hi guys

i recently bought a motordyne 5/16 spacer and a pop charger also..
i have already installed the pop charger everythings good besides the idle problem from disconnecting the battery.. (turns off on hot starts unless i barely give it a little bit of gas)

QUESTION #1
- is it normal for it to make a little bit of a hissing noise? i took it all apart and did it again to make sure everything was tight and on right.. even sprayed some water with soap to see it was leaking and nothing. some im guessing its normal it only does it in the lower rmps

^answer to #1 found nevermind

ive had been polishing my plenum so ive been holding back on the spacer installation.. but i finally finished (done by hand in about a week of sanding basically from after class 2pm-midnight not the best but looks alot better) so now im ready to do the install tomorrow

QUESTION #2
- to install the spacer it says the torque wrench is required (inch-lbs) i dont have one so ive been running around EVERYWHERES looking for one and i guess Puerto Rico doesnt know they exist -_____- lol all they have are ft-lbs but they start at 10ft which is more more then what i need.. so any suggestions as to what to use so i can make sure theyre tightened right?

I recall the the Motordyne install instructions from their website had some good suggestions on how to do it without the use of a torque wrench. Basically you use a 10mm nut driver (a handheld screwdriver) and that keeps you from applying too much torque to it.
