Default Fujitsubo vs. S-Tune

When I was looking for a new exhaust for my 06 I really wanted a S Tune. I couldnt find a used one (couldnt afford a new one) at the time so I ended up with a Fujitsubo Legalis R.

Its a nice exhaust, but I came across a pretty good deal on an S-Tune that I might jump on.

Its my understanding that Fujitsubo made the S Tune, correct? Do they sound the same as well? Ive listened to videos, but every thing in videos sounds pretty decent to me..any one have any input on this? I want to get this exhaust before some one else does.

Its really hard to tell from videos. They look the same or at least very similar.

I think you already have a nice exhaust system and that it wouldn't be worth the $ to get another one unless you aren't happy with the sound and/or performance benefit. I've got the S-tune on mine and it's nice but if I ever picked one up again it would be for less than $500. You can get more for your money with a 350Z. Dynotune from a professional shop, set of tires, high flow/testpipes, plenum and intake mods, you name it.

*BTW* This is an accurate video of the S-tune exhaust

I do like the sound of the Fujitsubo, but Im not really liking the tips. I think they are just a little too big for my taste.

As far as sound goes I also have Kinetix HFC's and a JIC Y pipe, i like the sound.

For me its kind of a mental thing. I always wanted the S Tune and I think Im afraid Im missing some thing by not having it...Im a total mental case

I have the Kinetix HFC's with the S-tune Y/catback and the sound couldn't be better, however I haven't heard a Fujitsubo with HFC's yet...

Based on the videos Ive heard the S Tune seems to have a little more "grunt or growl" to it.
