Default Is the s-tune exhaust discontinued?

I have been searching everywhere for the nismo s-tune exhaust. All the websites seem to have it discontinued. I'm dying to buy one, even if I have to buy it used, yet still can't find one for sale on here! Someone help!

Honestly S-Tunes come up in the classifieds every so often... Patience pays off.

There's no need to buy it new unless you're literally itching for it like crack.

I don't think they make them anymore, so if he can find a new one and it is what he really wants, he should prob just buy new (unless simply can't afford it).

Look into the clone, is it the Fujitsubo Legalis?

Well if money is not an issue, go to your closest Nissan Dealer and go to the parts department. I went there when I was deciding whether I wanted to go S-Tune or simply get another OEM Stock exhaust. Unfortunately for me, money was an issue and I had to get another OEM Stock. The NISMO S-Tune was running me quite a lot of money. I believe they quoted me close to 2K when an OEM is 1K and some change.

I believe they are discontinued, they aren't listed as available on any parts or aftermarket part websites. I'd keep an eye on the marketplace, craigslist, or consider another exhaust. It's quite an expensive piece for what you get though!

i went to my local dealer (that was like 2 years ago) and they didn't have any and couldn't order any - said the exhaust was discontinued and there were 4 units left in japan, costing $3,000.00 per unit.

Overrated--don't buy it, even if you do find the chance too. There are better looking, better sounding, and better overall performance aftermarket exhausts for around the same price or cheaper.

Mine came on my car. I like it especially with test pipes. Although one day I wouldn't mind a true dual. Will be able to recoup some money selling the s tune. But it does sound good, looks nice, and is a quality piece.

Seeing how they're near impossible to find new (and may in fact be discontinued), and then basing what 350zsunshinefl had said about the 3K price range... I shouldn't need to list anything and it should be quite obvious.

Most people that talk trash about expensive parts can't afford them so they hate on them.

I bought my s-tune almost 4 years ago, and it still puts a smile on my face everytime I hear it. That is why I love this time of the year, windows down, music off, and just the sound of the nismo exhaust.

fujitsubo legalis R is discontinued as well, you can order it from some websites or directly form fujitsubo japan, but it will cost a pretty penny as well. Last time I checked on a fuji it was going for 1600 new, and no it does not sound like the nismo s-tune, I know because I had both on my 07, with videos. The fuji sounds less deep at low rpm and louder near redline, nismo sounds nice and deep down low and continues to sound deep towards the redline, while they look similar the Nismo sounds different;

here are both of my videos, the first one is fuji on my 07, the second one is nismo on my other 07.

+1. I was looking myself when they were still on the market, then of course they go missing when I decided to buy. Just bought mine used 2 months ago. Well worth being patient!

What's your price range? The Z is fairly old, so do expect some products will be discontinued. However, if the exhaust you are looking for costs anywhere over $1k-2k, you might as well look into Motordyne.

If you get an s tune, get a different y pipe. I myself have broken 3. Now that's just my opinion.

I am assuming you had test pipes or HFCs. I have stock cats and no issues here for 4 years and counting.
