Need some help on a Gt-r exhaust on my Nismo

So I know someone that has a GT-R exhaust, fitted on their z. His z is a 2004, and I have a 2008 350z Nismo. He is selling his exhaust, and I am trying to buy it from him. Let's say if I do buy it from him, what would I need to do to install this on mine? Is it just simple as replacing my exhaust with his? Or is their more to it? Sorry much newb here

The exhausts after the cats work for all year 350Zs. Only the headers and cats are DE and HR specific. I'm sure it will bolt up fine; however, since you have a Nismo make sure you dont have clearance issues, specifically around the rear diffuser.
