Default Md iso thermal plenum spacer help!!!

I recently installed my plenum spacer with the copper iso thermal throttle body heater on my 06 non rev z. My idle is now noticeably rough just at stop lights not when I am in park. I did not have a inch pound torque wrench so I used my foot pound torque wrench and torqued all the bolts at 10 lb because it could not go as low as 8.3 ft lbs. I figured a little over tightened wont hurt, better than under.

I also noticed that when I put the coolant lines onto the copper heater one was kinked and could not unkink it because of the way the copper heater sat against my throttle body. Could that be causing the rough idle?

Ps. Already did the throttle body reset and ecu.

Please help me fix this issue thank you all!!!!

10ft-lbs is 120in-lbs so that is a lot more than the 80in-lbs spec. Might cause an issue, coolant thing should be ok. Make sure you didn't get the oil cap seal stuck in between the plenums.

I agree with darkz03 the tourque is crazy low on the spacer. The oil fill flaps could easily get in the way too as he said.

You have an intake leak. Water or carb cleaner will help you find it. Water will lower the idle, carb cleaner will raise it.
