Default HFC's with MD Resonated XYZ pipe.

The above (HFC with Resonated xyz-pipe) seems to be a rare combination. Does anyone have the resonated XYZ-Pipe with HFC's Berks or a decent HFC? I am interested in sound clips or impressions of rasp elimination and overall sound as I am thinking about reverting from Art pipes.

Please post clips and or impressions if you have something resembling the above.

Thanks

Think I can help...

I've had this setup for over 5 years now and still love it:
Berk HFC
XYZ Pipe w/resonator
Dual Shockwave exhaust (not the TDX version though)
I have zero rasp, but just a bit of drone from 62-65 mph

Edit: why are you thinking of changing from the ART pipes?

I don't really want to change from the ART pipes, but I have been removing them every year for inspections which is a real p.i.a. So, I was thinking reverting to a HFC and keeping the resonator to reduce the rasp.

I want to get an idea of the sound on different set ups assuming the xyz with resonator.

They do depending on who it is, but it is hard to know going in. We have very rigid laws in this state which totally suck.

No, They are total ball busters. You pull in, and they scan the vin/sticker and you are in the system and have to go through the protocol. They go after stations that somehow skirt the process. Guys are no longer willing to do that here.
