So I just bought a 03' Z, and it came with a 3" AAM true dual exhaust that uses a straight pipe. Does anyone happen to know a way to make it a little less loud? I'm very nooby when it comes to exhaust terms so please bare with me lol. I was thinking welding on a cat, or replacing the test pipe period with the stock cat. Any suggestions are appreciated
You do realize that I'm only using my phone right? I know for a fact Travelee does cause he was creeping on my other post saying how "Halp" was apparently a taboo of a word. I'm just trying to get replies as fast as possible to the best of my knowledge because the previous owner had obviously neglected this car.

I'm sorry I'm that classic 2-bit jackass punk kid. But I simply asked a question, a reference to a site with correct information that would've been optimal. I haven't been able to find any such source because as stated earlier, I am an automotive noob so I haven't a clue what I'm supposed to look for. That is what I believe the use of forums such as this are to be used for. Asking relevant questions that others are most likely to know. (If you happen to have any questions about computers I will supply; to the best of my knowledge, an answer).
