Default Custom exhaust help needed

I've got a 2005 Revup and will be installing a single turbo - either SOHO or BP. Top HP (ever) will be 400 - 500.

I want to retain dual outlets in the back (for looks) and want this to be relatively quiet. I'd like to incorporate (at least one) high-flow cat (I have a couple of Vibrant 7830's) and ideally be able to swap them with test pipes for the track. Also want bungs for O2 sensors.

Anyone have an idea for the components (Magnaflow?) and design of this setup? I think I want at least 3.0" pipes if single or 2.5" pipes coming from a reverse y pipe if dual. I think the flow would be good enough through the one Vibrant so I don't know if two pipes would be worth it.

Thoughts?

I know that Sasha has a custom (and expensive) method of incorporating cats into the down pipe but I don't think that allows you to swap them out. I also know he has built some custom exhausts for single turbos but I don't believe they incorporated cats.

So to boil it down: has anyone incorporated cat(s) into a custom or after-market turbo exhaust after the stock Y-pipe location that could share their experience?
