Default OEM DE header length?

Does anyone happen to have measurements of the distances from the exhaust ports to the end of a stock DE header? I’m trying to run some calcs for exhaust pulse tuning and it would be good to have a decent estimate of the header length for each cylinder.

I have tried searching for this, by the way. Thanks in advance.

Oh man, I did do those measurements YEARS ago. I don't have any DE headers anymore to remeasure. I'll look through some post to see if I can find them.

hello friends

the collector merges roughly around where the lower exhaust heat shield retaining bolt is

PORT TO MERGE:
Front cylinder: ~30 cm / 11.8 in
Mid cylinder: ~20 cm / 7.9 in
Rear cylinder: ~15 cm / 5.9 in

PORT TO CAT:
Front: ~55 cm / 21.7 in
Mid: ~45 cm / 17.7 in
Rear: ~40 cm / 15.8 in

it would be more accurate say if you dropped a string through each port, mark & measure that, but i'm not gonna do that

cheers fellow dudes

front cylinder

mid cylinder

rear cylinder
