Default Injen heat shield rattle?

I've been meaning to ask about this but i kept forgeting about it. I've had the intake on for 6 months or so and it only does it occasionally but sometimes the heat shield rattles, but i only notice it when i'm idling. I get out and reach in there and lift it up and little and it stops. Is there a way to permanently fix this? It is tightened down all the way, so i dont know why its doing that. Anyone else had this problem? Solution? I tried searching also, but it hasn't been working for the last few days. Thanks

My heat shield was touching a small metal pipe and making noise. I took out the heat shield and sawed off a part of it to fix it. My main rattling noise was from where the filter assembly touched the metal bumper.

hmmm...i dont get any rattle there. I'll have to take a closer look at the heat shield next time i'm home. I'm pretty sure its screwed down tight enough. But it only bolts in on the top so that bottom is kinda free. Its not even too terribly loud. Just figured i'd ask and see if anyone else has had a problemo. Thanks man

I "fixed" the filter assemble rattle by converting the CAI into a "ram air" set-up, sound MUCH better that way though.
