quote: "Does the DC headers come with any new gaskets or do you need them?"

Summit told me they come with all gaskets and hardware!

No they don't come with gaskets (or at least mine did not) but they do come with nuts and bolts.

The engines are the same but Nissan add more "stuff" in the engine compartment and else where on the roadster.

So I am not sure that any headers that fit the coupe would fit roadster.

Have the gains this header produces been verified several times? I've seen people post their dynos but only from 1 or 2 people. If the results are consistant then I'm in for one

MPowers,
Definitely let us know how the *self* install goes. I haven't had a chance to peek in the area and see if there's enough clearance to work with.

no need to change the gaskets... the ones on the z are metal and can be re-used...

just dont strip the bolts

They can be done on a pair of jack stands, but expect to take all day to install. Some of the bolts are VERY hard to get. And a second pair of hands come in handy.

Yea I just got off the phone with Summit, $449.95 for ceramic coated.
The guy said it was a printing error and wasn't sure how Summit would handle the price on the orders they have taken and not shipped.
