Default Stillen Air Intake

I spoke with a Rep from Stillen today and he told me that they had an air intake for the Z that would increase hp by 15.
Has anyone bought it and tested it yet?

15 did seem high and it only cost ~200.

My impression is that Nissan did not leave a lot on the table with the stock intake, so I wouldn't expect an aftermarket to have a tremendous affect.

probably re-sell K&N or JWT again.

A member on G35Driver.com let K&N test his vehicle result 12hp rwhp gain. But he also say K&N test several cars and have gain from nothing to 12hp. Most of cars end up 2hp gain.

Guess what will K&N tell public?

15 HP that BS! I bet you money that it will lose HP, unless it is a true cold air induction kit, which will not be easy to do with the Z.

AEM CAI tested by Honda Tuning shows 20hp increase at the wheels. The reason for that is RSX's intake route is way convoluted. I don't think it would have the same effect on 350z since it goes DIRECTLY into intake manifold as well as has a sort of ram-air effect.
