hey guys. i need someone to do me a favor and pull the gasket part number for the upper intake manifold. while taking it off today, i accidentally bent it. i need a new one ASAP. also, can anybody give me the toque specs for the 6 bolts that hold down the brass plate inside of the middle on the manfiold. i had to remove this to remove the gasket.

 

I don't have the part number, but here is what I did. My gasket bent too after multiple reuses due to my problems w/ the kinetix plenum having to swap back to stock numerous times.

1. Cut out the inner gasket for the 6 bolts holding down the brass plate
2. Use RTV gasket maker (found at autozone, etc) around the outside edge of the plenum

Works perfectly.

 

Upper Plenum Gasket (GSKT-Collector)
Part# 14033-AM600

Torque the bolts to 9-10 FT/LBs

 

thanks man. the guy at the dealer had the part up on the computer but didnt know if it was the right one bc it was so cheap. ~3bucks
