I was just wondering what kind of sound I will get if I leave my cats and mufflers on and just remove the factory exhaust resonator. I love the sound of my 350 and I want to keep it; I just want it to be louder than stock without the cost of an aftermarket system.

It's a mixed bag. Some people like the sound, others hate it. I tried it for a week, didn't mind the sound, but wanted more, so I had a custom dual system fabricated. My muffler shop only charged me $25.00 to remove it and weld in a straight pipe. So, try it, you don't have a lot to lose if you don't like it.
