$300 is a GOOD deal. Make sure they will stick to that price. The install took me and a friend all day and You need a GOOD selection of tools. The headers on our Z's are a HUGE PAIN IN THE @$$ to install. As long as the shop sticks to the price, it may be better.

We charge 300 to install the headers and that's a deal. It really does take some effort to install the headers... If your shop has the right tools and have done the install before they should be able to get it done in 4-5 hours.

If you do it yourself... It might take about 16 hrs.

I got one shopp here that has done them before and they quoted me $280 for the install and for an extra $20 they'd throwin before and after dyno testing.....so $300 install + dyno.

That is a steal, but looks like I'm going single turbo, so I doubt my headers are going to fit....I have to wait and see how the piping routes on the single setup.

$300 is great!
Jump on it because they are a big pain in the *** to install.
Less on the satisfaction scale but you can sit back and drive your car the same day instead of soaking in the hot tub.
Go for it.

It took me 11 hours with a full set of tools and an open lift! $300 dollars is a bargain! Trust me they are a real pain.

There is a little more power for sure. I like them alot, it was a good investment. None of the tools are out of the ordinary, you just need a GOOD selection. If you have a small toll box of tools and no big jack, then don't do it. Alot of the work is from below. You have to remove the y-pipe, cats and brace. From top, there is just alot of crap. I drained and removed the pass. side coolant pipes. But alot of people have done it alot of ways.
