Default Borla/DC header rattle

After work, I tried putting some air into my tires. I left the car on and when I started putting the air in the right front tire, I hear this loud rattling coming from behind the wheel. I also hear the same rattle from behind my right rear wheel which I think is from my borla. I just recently installed the sport header and my borla has been making this sound for a while. The rattling is most noticable when I turn left or when I go from 500 to 2000 rpms. This rattling sound is really embarrassing but I love the sound of my borla. Any suggestions on how to fix it? When i had the borla rattle, I took the car back to the place where I got it installed and they checked and said everything was fine. If this continues, I just might change my exhaust. Thanks fellow Z members

If you have a rattle, something is loose, or something is hitting something else. In either case, the only way to fix it is to crawl under there and see what the problem is. Then either tighten what's loose, or bash some clearance between whatever pieces are hitting. This isn't exactly rocket science.

Its most likely the exhaust ratteling on the factory cross brace under the car. This is the big boomerang shaped thing under the car and the exhaust passes just above it.
