Default Injen SES straight tip exhaust Rattling !?

Ok, I put on my injen SES exhaust about a week ago, and i constantly have to get under the car to tighten or adjust something. For about 5 days now i've not heard anything but lastnight, again, i hear a loud rattle under the car. Does anyone have this exhaust, and do you have the same problems? I can't adjust it all the time lol. and when I get under it, it clears everything, even with me moving it around.

next to stillen, is there any other cat back exhausts that don't have this issue?

Do you aftermarket sway bars?

My exhaust used to rub constantly on my rear sway bar because the exhaust is designed to be installed with the stock one. I cut a piece of rubber hose and zip tied it to the bar where my exhaust would hit and problem solved.

(I know it sounds a bit ghetto, but it's SO much better than the rattling.)

I have had no rattles and no issues whatsoever in over a month with the Injen SES straight tip. I checked all the clearances when I installed it and nothing was anywhere close enough to rattle.

Ive heard of 2 places that rattle.

one is the cross member; make sure its raised up off that; and the second is on the passenger side by the muffler; little black plastic/metal box.

loosen all the bolts; adjust this; and retighten. it wont stay if you dont loosen and retighten everything. worked for me and been fine for months.

I found where the exhasut rattles, it clears, no problem, but every once in a while it will hit, and there's nothing i can do it seems. It's under the driver's side directly behind the cat, where the injen pipe bends. i adjusted it as best i could, so we'll see.

I've had this exhaust shipped over to the UK. And installed last weekend.

I had a problem with the left pipe (My passanger, Your drivers side) coming from the CAT, it was knocking on the bottom of the car, there seems to be allot less clearence on this side. Solution was to heat-up the pipe and slightly bend it to make abit more clearence. Now is all ok.

Only other problem was the rear pipes that go round the diff, are rubing on a Plastic cover, UK cars have this over the diff, it's part of the 'Aero' Pack we get. I've just left it and let the pipes melt there way
