Default Pass inspection w/Crawford cats?

WOuld i pass inspection with Crawford cats or not? If i wouldn't and i had to put the stock ones back on beforehand, wouldn't it make more sense to get test pipes which would be better overall power increase? I know they would be louder than the cats but...
Just curious. I might do the cats and plenum after my wheels. Thanks!

i think you would pass it

and the pipes are not worth it...the sound increase is way too much and the airflow is THAT much better

So its like a 50/50 chance basically? I'd have to swap them before inspection then, right? So if i have to do this would it be better to go with a test pipe or stay with the cats?
