^+1.
The OP and I both agreed with the price he posted above. However, he turned around and asked for more money since there were more than one buyer willing to pay the original price.

I had it just list for sale... I had more people than I thought bid on it and one of the people stated they would offer me more money than the one of the biders. As I told 350zspeed in several PMs that he "PMed me first" in the middle of the night but I was offered more money than listed price. I gave him him an opportunity to buy it at the other price. But no I wasn't intending it to be an auction. I was just giving him a chance to still get it.

Like I said in my pm. $20 extra is not a big deal to me. It's just about an honest seller, the one whom sticks with the price they posted. You said "you weren't intending it to be an auction", so what you meant by "bidder". My understanding, bidder term is used for auction. Anyway, congrats that you had it sold.

I was told the same. He said that there was a local buyer and that if the sale fell through I was next in line. The next pm I recieved said the local sale fell through and asked the most I was willing to pay for it because other people were offering more than the listed price. This is NOT ebay!

Guys... It's say OBO at top. I gave everyone an equal opportunity at the same price. Please stop the crying. If I'm asking one price and someone offers more that than that's the best offer. Holy cow this is like the third grade.

Speak to yourself sir. So you think we're crying because we couldn't get the item. You're absolutely wrong. What if I or allhawkedup agreed to pay $20 extra as you requested, then you go to another buyer and ask for a counter offer. Good plan but didn't work for me.

Maybe you should do a little more research on what an item is worth before listing a price if you are looking to get the most possible $ from the sale.

I say shame on the guy that offered more than listed price knowing that someone else already had a pending sale. The intake rightfully belongs to 350speed IMO.

Well... They did offer more and I did ask speed if he wanted them still and I did how the price low to begin with and it did say OBO. He opted not to pay the price the other guy did bottom line. I'm sure another kit will pop up and they be happy to deal with his negative attitude. Anyways no need to beat a dead horse. They are sold on there way to the NE as we speak.
