It's in okay shape, but sounds fantastic especially when the engine is cold.
It is missing one clamp, but you can use one of the clamps that's on your current set-up The scratches are on the bottom so they aren't seen (see pics of the intake in my G).

Parting out the G, and damn does it suck driving it without the Nismo CAI installed.

For how many miles did you run this?

Have you cleaned the filter prior, it looks like it could use a good cleaning?

 

I ran it for approx 7k....previous owner was about the same if not less... the filter was cleaned prior to taking that picture with water only as its a dry filter. Quite a bit of junk did come off.... om negotiable as I know its not the prettiest n the world but looks fine once in the engine bay...
