- It might seem insignificant, but silicone works better than aluminum for insulation, and believe it or not, there is a change in the exhaust sound from the more unrestricted path for the incoming air. More likely equaling a power increase.

I firmly believe that this is the best Shortram intake combo you can have for a DE short of ITB's. My reason for selling is having upgraded to a turbo kit if you were curious.
