I have bought the sideskirt from him for $200 (shipped to Poland) and never received it. He could not give me the usps tracking, he'd said the package was insured still he had not refund me any money whatsover. I have filled the dispute on paypal with him and won it still no refund.

Side skirt was shipped and buyer never recieved it. not sure what could have happened. I tried going to my post office to see what went wrong and if i could get a refund but they couldnt do anything. I told the buyer to file a claim with paypal to get his money back. I am out the side skirt and cash.

I have filled the claim and won the dispute, paypal has not refunded me the money because buyer's account balance is 0 !!! It's me who is out of both things not you, you still have my money.
