Nice deal. I waited a while after saying I'd take it, because he was giving the 3 people before me plenty of time to decide whether they wanted it. While frustrating for me, Cheeko was acting in an honorable manner towards the other three despite them taking a LONG time to make a decision. ;-) Honor is what we all want in a seller and Cheeko has it. I would not hesitate to do business with him again. Thumbs up!
