You need to work on choosing a better packaging material. Well, at least, pick a more appropriate sized box for shipping items. And Always Insure What you send. It will shift responsibility to the shipping company when box arrives damaged. Paul, this is just a honest review of you as a seller. As you can see, I did leave you a positive rating. More so on your communication with me. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

ps. Make sure if you are sending used items, please confirm you have all the necessary hardware that accompanies it.
