I have a 06+ headlight (driver side) for sale. This has no bulbs / no ballast / no back grey cover. I had purchased this from Craigslist, and it is obviously a used part. The lens actually had a protective film applied to it; I have removed it as seen below.

This also has a broken mounting tab (fender side), and a crack in the top tab. The small harnness-connector also has a cracked tab. And the blue wire for the turn signal is cut (mod for 03-05 cars). The lens is actually in very good shape in my opinion. But it is not perfect. The protective film did a good job of keeping most of the lens perfect, but there are a couple of scuffs (maybe chips) along the edges. There's also a small mark towards the center of the lens (maybe 2-3 mm long). It almost looks like it is inside to me, but the headlight does not appear like it has ever been opened to me, so maybe it's an outside surface scuff than can be buffed out. None of these issues affect functionality. I tried to capture all these issues in the picture below. I actually had this headlight mounted in my car for maybe 2 weeks with no problems at all, but I'm selling because I bought a near mint one (another CL find).
