The headlights include ballast and headlight bulbs. Everything is included and everything will be plug and play. These are completely BRAND NEW and have not been previously installed on a car.

Heads up for you on the Price you have set on your lights. ebay has the same "DEPO" sets for around $700 + free shipping. I had to buy a passanger to replace my broken one and picked it up from "DEPO" for $325 just a couple of months ago.

Yea it came with everything all I had to do is plug it in mount it and go.
