No More Tire Feathering For Me
Had enough of their B.S. Went the whole lemon law route and won my case on of all days April first. They have to buy my car back and I am tickled pink. The state hearing board was on the ball and asked great questions. They seemed to understand all the technical stuff. Thats all I'm going to say at this point. Check is not in my hand yet.

The front tires were replaced twice by 19,???. The new design tread was installed last time, only have about 1500 miles on them. I like to add that my local dealer was great about this whole thing. Never a moments hard time about replacing tires. Also I had no other problems.

Thanks for the info. I'm on my fourth set including the factory originals. The last set went on at 37,000 miles. This last set is the new tread design as well. How weel did the court respond to the new tread design. I'm sure Nissan tried to explain that the problem has been fixed. I guess this case will go in the law books and set precidence for the rest of us with the problem.
Wish I could say more about it, but It probably would'nt be in my best interest at this time. What took place is is not what I expected. The deck is tilted in the manufacturer's favor, you need to be prepared.
