Exclamation 2005 Clutch problem

I picked this bought this base Z with 30miles on it. At 100 miles I started to hear a clicking, rubbing noise as the clutch engages. I took it to the dealer, they replaced the cluth and pressure plate+++. When I picked it up it was still not rite. 2nd time I picked it up, still not rite. Anyone else heard of this or have any suggestions. Now i am trying to get rid of the car thru lemon law.

I have filed a claim with NC lemon law, and wil be reporting to the BBB. After 3 visits to the dealer I have the same problem and now my clutch is very stiff for some reason.
