Default Mysterious fluid leak

Everytime I park my Z, I can see a small puddle of some sort forming underneath the car. I thought it was motor oil at first but this stuff dries up after a day or two. I've placed paper towels underneath the car to determine what kind of fluid it is, but can't figure it out. The fluid is completely clear and smells a little like WD40. When I rub it on the tip of my fingers, it feels like oil mixed with water. It doesn't smell like brake fluid, gear oil, or even coolant. I've even jacked up the car and taken the belly pan off but can't see where the leak is coming from. The source seems to be somewhere behind the strut assembly on the driverside front. I don't think it's condensation from the AC because I haven't used the AC in over a week.

NVM, just found out it's coming from my Tein flex driver side front.

Most likely condensation from the AC compressor. I have the same thing too in every car I have even owned.(although, mine doesn't smell like WD-40)

I was hoping it would be the A/C at first but when I took my strut off, the thing was dripping oil all over the place!

Sounds like your car has the runs. Did you really put your finger in it? JK.

My car's leaving a nice white stain in my garage on the pass side. I asume its the AC.

Maybe it is time to take it to a mechanic to do a leak detection.
