Anybody else have continuing problems with the nav system door? Really getting frustrating. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thx.

 

This is funny.........I just started having a problem with my f**kin navi door last week. Only had the car for about 2 months! Every time i turn the car off the door comes down to cover the navi screen but right after it closes all the way I hear this GOD AWFUL grinding noise for a couple of seconds. This has become REALLY frustrating and annoying and even happens when I manually try to close the panel by pressing the button. I plan on taking the car to the dealership on monday and hopefully they can fix it w/o having to order additional parts ( which takes days here ). Just wondering .........if i'm already having a problem w/ this thing now....this navi panel problem is probably going to come back later on. We'll see i guess.

 

Yeah, I've had the car a year and this is the second time. When I took it in the first time they did have to order some parts. Good thing is it's covered under warranty. Just BS that have to deal with this. I never mess with the thing, just let it do it automatically and still a problem.

I am glad I am not the only one with a NAV door problem, thought I had Gremlins in the dash board. The screen went crazy opening and closing on its own. Need to try to make it to the dealer soon.
