Default Better touch up paint - paint w/brush or dual tipped pen?

Just wondering if either is significantly better, thinking of going with the touchup marker with the clearcoat built in. Anyone used this? No dealer in the area has them in stock, says its something that needs to be ordered, but at that point I may as well order it online. Thought?

clearcoat built in sucks, the way they do it at the factory is they apply the paint then apply clear coat, and it should be the same when you fix up your paint.

Nissan white one-bottle touch-up is terrible. After several failures, I first apply a coat of white enamel appliance paint. Followed by Nissan touch-up. Works pretty well.

I imagine that other 350Z color owners will also have to experiment to get a match.
