Hey Guys,

I know a lot of people post this type of thread, but I need help QUICK.

ALright I installed my crawford V4 plenum, finsihed everythng, then when starting it up, it Idle'd HORRIBLE, and then died. I tried to start it up again and then I tried revving it, I reved passed 3 thousand, and it made this noise like a damn turkey was in there . So I tightend all of the bolts, then the turkey noise went away but it idled HORRIBLY. After that, I checked the hoses, but I didnt check the one under the throttle body, for some reason I think that might be the culprit in my installation, but I am not to sure. If any of you guys can please give me some advice I would really appreciate it. And if anyone local wants to stop by and help me, I would appreciate it, if ya fix it, ill give ya $20 . But anyways, I will post a vid of how it sounds up later, and someone please supply me with a link to a website that hosts videos please. Once again, thanks.

Mike, I just installed a kinetix v4, and I forgot one of the hoses, but never started it up, I had to rip the whole bastard off again before it rained, it really sucked. I hope you fix your problem man, I'm not engine-savvy enough to offer any advice.

Alright guys, I figured out what the problem was, I didnt use the 4 screws that came with the plenum, D'OH! But now that Ive installed it, it makes this whining noise, not sure if its whining or I have some type of leak. Just asking around to see if its normal or not. THanks in advance.
