Default Window grease fix?

Hey guys, i have the window grease problem unfortunately in my 05 model and purchased the replacement window felt pieces to fix it myself. I would otherwise have taken it to the dealer, but my local one doesnt seem to care much about scuffing up door panels and whatnot, so id rather do the fix myself. I have a few links for general information on what to replace, but it requires taking the door regulator motor off and replacing the two parts. I'd like to know if anyone has attempted this themselves and how difficult this may be? Last thing i want to do is end up screwing up my window alignment or worse. Here's the link ive found pertaining to this issue:

i know you want the feeling of being able to do it yourself but if your dealer is bad then take it to another one.

i dont think people are responding cause this is something that the dealer does free under the TSB.

sorry i cant help more.

i know about a year ago or maybe more a guy here had a thread linking to the official nissan site for TSB's where you could read every page. what the techs use for directions. try a search, doubt threads are archived that far though.

good luck.
