Default Retarded clutch or??? Help please

Well my new problem is my clutch pedal gets stuck after somewhat high speed highway driving. It seems once my turbo temp hits a certain degree temperature the first time I depress the clutch ( usually on off ramps ) it has no resistance and stays depressed or only comes up slightly. After popping it up its then fine from then on out. Why only once? and why at all? I'm curious to if any of you all have experienced this problem. I'm running the greddy tt setup if that matters. Thanks for the heads up.

Shot in the dark...

Use higher temperature clutch fluid. It is boiling and creating pressure until the first time the clutch is depressed. Then the pressure is temporarily released (clutch works normal for a bit) til next hard session of driving.

Is this a diy change or would I need to take it to the shop?
