Default fluttering from the bottom of the car?

hey guys, i just noticed im getting a very slight fluttering from the bottom side of my car when i rev. could this be a possible exhaust leak? i did get lower profile tires which lowered my car a light bit, and now i scratch everytime i drive up my driveway. could've the scratching bent something, scratched a hole or something in my ypipe? or bent it and that the flanges bent and now allows exhaust to leak?

and what should i do to fix this?

look under there and see how hard you have scratched everything up, check your exhaust piping... have someone rev the motor for you while you are looking under the car to pin point the problem... if it is infact the exhaust, put a little tac weld over the hole, and if you want you can grind it down smooth ...
