ok i talked to nissan today bc they were replacing my cluthc an my oil pressure gauge was not workin....the told me that my cp was leaking an my crank was wobbling making my cp wobble.....well they told me it was from over revving an they will not cover it under warranty.....has anyone ever heard of this

 

Was the gauge working before they replaced the clutch?Need more info why was clutch replaced? how many miles if you over rev 1 of 2 things will happen it will bounce off limiter or it will go boom, so they are full of crap ask for service manager they have to resolve issuse. Good luck

 

the oil pressure gauge broke an i brought it to them an they said they had to order the guage. so i took it back for bout a week. took it to the track...broke the clutch......while they were waitin for the clutch to be delivered they tried fixin the oil gauge.....an said the cp was wobbling an possible crankshaft damage...an i reacently had a wreck....well they said it was from the wreck.....well the bodyshop said it was leaking oil b4....an the insurance came an looked at the car an said it was not from the wreck.....i have had the seal in the cp changed once bc it was leaking oil....now they call an say its from over revving.....3200 dollars....can yall please help me out wit some info.....bc it ran 13.6 at the track last wed. when i broke the clutch....an the car was making no noise.....but they say the crank is bent....oh an they said the oil gauge doesnt work bc the cp is leaking it shorted oil from getting to the oil sending unit
