I've been having a lot of problems with my 03 and my salesman suggested (off the record) contacting Nissan directly to see if they would do something about it or send out a factory rep. Has anyone done that or have suggestions for how to get the ball rolling? My car has been in twice for the suspesion problems and is due to go in the 3rd time with only 10,000 miles on it.

Contact Nissan North America direct at
Phone: 310/771-3111
I got NNA involved when I had a transmission problem with my Frontier and they made the dealer eat cost of replacement.
Definately worth the phone call.
