Let your dealer show you, it's a little tricky.

Just a note: if the blades are worn, I recommend replacing the entire assembly. A new assembly will keep proper tension on the blade, a worn assembly will not.

yeah digure is the newest slang word out there. it means fu(k you. sorry im not going through and spell checking all my posts before i hit reply.
and why is everyone being so hard on me and saying dont do other maintenance. im serious, ive owned like 6 trucks and this z and always have trouble replacing wipers.
btw i work on one of the most advanced a/c in the world and am highly trusted by those who are higher rank than me to do the job and do it in timely manner. funnily enough though its a bit(h to change the wipers on that dman thing too. and im not the only one who thinks so.

Silverzcoupe...So you live in NC and work on the most advance a/c in the world. So I take it you're a Hornet maintainer in Beuford? Either that or a Harrier guy in Cherry Point. Whatever, that's not real important. Anyway, when you work on the plane you don't just walk out there with a your tools and go to town on the bird, do you? You have some sort of manual that tells you how to do things like, say, change the wipers, yes? You think you might want to try using something like that on the Z?

The whole premise of your post does beg the question, though, 'what did you do to your wipers to require a change of the whole assembly rather than just the blades?'

I know you have had a lot of "helpful" responses so far, but I just thought I would add:

Page 8-20 of the Owner's Manual says,
1) Pull the wiper arm
2) Push the lock pin, then remove the wiper blade.
3) Insert the new wiper blade to the wiper arm until a click sounds.
There are pictures on this page that may help as well.

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but hopefully this helps.

In the photo I have a silver tipped black pen pointing to a small tab. Push that tab toward the driver's side of the car, hold, and slide the entire wiper assembly to the windshield.

Pay attention to your new wipers!. They may not unlock so easily. Just note their mechanism before attaching to the car.
