VDC Problem????
Well guys I have a 2003 350z I recently purchased. The problem is when I turn my VDC off it just lights up the VDC off light as well as the SLIP light as soon as the car starts moving. If I leave the switch alone The VDC off light comes on as well as the SLIP light. I am thinking their could be a problem with the system, any idea what sensors are in use with the VDC system. Any help would be appreciated. I just dont want to take it to the dealer..

im having the same problem. started 2 days ago. im out of warranty too. damnit. anyways, i searched the site. a couple of posts say check the brake fluid, i did and mine wasnt full so im thinking/hoping that is the problem
It is not even the slightest launch. It is more like I put the car into gear and just moved forward.. Onr thing though is my steering wheel is quite a bit off due to an alingment and I am thinking that may be part of the problem I am experience. I read that their was a steering a sensor that may be the problem.
It is a weird and confusing thing to me though..

there's a steering position sensor in the steering column that is probably being thrown off by your jacked up alignment. Your wheels probably aren't facing the direction that your steering column thinks they should be.
