Default Problem with Electronic Throttle Chamber??

Hey guys, a little help would be great...

So last week my car had to be towed to the dealership b/c it would start but would not 'go' - you could almost floor it and the car would not move, revs might go up to about 2k.

Dealer calls and says it's a bad Electronic Throttle Chamber. wtf? Would have cost me a grand but was covered under powertrain warranty, thank God. In his credit he was a really cool guy at Power Nissan in Tempe, Juan, but he did say the typical dealer thing that "you have a lot of aftermarket parts and I cannot guarantee that this problem was not caused by those parts. If it happens again warranty will not cover it."

SO, my questions:

1. The only engine mods I have are Injen intake (long), Crawford cats, Invidia exhaust and a grounding kit. Could any of these, particularly the intake, POSSIBLY have had a hand in this?? I wouldn't think so but don't know.

2. Anybody ever heard of this problem before?

FYI car has 42,000 miles and is an 03 Touring. THANKS for any input! Good to have my baby back, had to drive a weak *** 1.8T Jetta (stock, turbo was fun though) all weekend...car felt like a beast when I got it back.
